CASE STUDY: TOUCH OF CLASS
Client Background
Joseph Catalano made the move from New York to Florida 40 years ago. After being in a crash himself and seeing the condition of the shop his car was taken to, he wanted to start his own repair shop. Within the first couple of months of being opened, he had started doing work for a few local dealerships and has not stopped since. From there, the business grew, acquired a towing company, and started servicing towing needs for the Greater Tampa area. Eventually with business growing, they expanded to their current location 20 years ago and are getting ready to expand this location again.
The Client Challenge
With plans to expand Touch of Class on the property and increase the volume, owner Joe Catalano knew a few things. His old outdoor booth was showing its age and wasn’t going to keep up with what his plans held, and he wanted to get a better booth that could keep up with his expansion plans.
How Accudraft Helped
“I had heard of Accudraft and your reputation over the years, I knew it was going to be quality,” says Catalano. He wound up going with an Accudraft Italia, installed by our Tampa distributor, Doug Hines.
The Results
Joe Catalano said, “We’ve had great results with it since installation. Doug took care of us during the entire process and if we need something, we call him. The booth does phenomenal finishes for us.”
